All have comfort pads on mattresses, Egyptian cotton bedding, 2 pillows per person per bed, cotton dressing gowns provided. All non-allergic.
Wet room on ground floor with shower, WC and sink. Luxury romantic bathroom first floor with over sized bath, bidet, WC and sink. Well lit, lots of Egyptian cotton towels supplied.
All electric kitchen, with hob, oven, microwave, fridge freezer, dishwasher, electric kettle, toaster, many saucepans, plates, glasses, cutlery. Large open plan space with doors onto private ground floor, with tables chairs, sofas and gas bar-b-q patio.
Vacuum cleaner, mops, sweeping brushes,hoses,iron ironing board. Bin.
Lounge with two huge black sofa beds, flat screen TV with cable TV free wifi, sound around system. Ipod system. Dining room with two tables to seat max. 8 people, doors leading outside to private patio.
Roof top room with washing machine, towels for sunbeds, fridge, storage for plates etc for BBQ. sunbeds on roof terrace table and chairs for alfresco eating or simply people watching.
Towels and linen all included. Linen changed weekly. Beach towels provided.

Five minutes walk to Alvor beach, huge beach that never gets over crowded, with water sports, windsurfing, newly built wooden walkways giving wonderful walks around lagoon, and onto sand dunes. Many beach bars on beach serving drinks, succulent food day and night time. . Lifeguards on duty throughout season. Beautiful harbour with lots of yachts moored alongside working fishing boats,paradise, scenic walks with wooden boardwalks newly constructed

Ground floor patio leading direct from kitchen and dining room, with chairs, tables and seats, special private patio not overlooked. Top floor terrace with BBQ, table and chairs, sunbeds , sun umbrella. Outside towels provided. Utility room on top terrace with washing machine, fridge with small freezer. while away the day on top terrace, walk to the market 1 minute walk away and make a BBQ with fresh fish on top terrace.
