The apartment is fully air-conditioned with heating available for the winter months. All windows are double glazed with electric blackout shutters. Sorry, no pets or smoking permitted in the apartment.

Large balcony with table and chairs for 6 and 2 sun loungers and parasols and with views of the Ria Formosa. Private rooftop pool, shared by eight apartments which is accessible only to residents/guests - 15m long x 6m wide, is located in a beautifully decked out roof area with changing room/WC and separate showers. Access to adjacent Real Marina five star hotel pool and facilities.
The unspoilt, white sandy beaches and clear waters of the offshore sandpit islands of Ilha da Armona and Ilha da Culatra are easily reached by ferries that run from the quayside to the eastern end of Olhao's waterfront. Ihla da Armona is the closest to Olhao and has a few restaurants and holiday chalets. Ihla do Farol, where the lighthouse is, at the western end of Culatra, also has a beautiful sandy beach and a few cafes and a restaurant. All of the beaches hold the EEC blue flag.
Non-refundable deposit of 30% to secure the booking with the balance due eight weeks before arrival. If less than eight weeks before arrival the full amount is require Breakages/damage/loss of keys deposit of £150 also required - this will be refunded in full as soon as possible after end of holiday provided there are no key or other replacement/damage costs.
