Lovely 3-bedroom villa with private pool set among trees and countryside, close to Alcantarilha station, Algoz, Armacao de Pera and Silves.with the nearby village of Alcantarilha with its bone chapel, the village has a good choice of Restaurants & Bars, a monthly street market, the nearby Town of Armacao de Pera with it mile long golden beach it a very popular town with the Portuguese, the town also offers much and is seen as a very safe town for evening strolls along the promenade

A 25% non-refundable deposit is required upon booking and the balance 4 weeks before
the start of your holiday, when you will also need to pay a £400 security/breakage
deposit which is refunded no more than 96 hours after departure provided there have
been no damage and the villa does not require excess cleaning.

We are flexible regarding arrive/departure days. Upon arrival you may not be able to enter until after 16.00 hours if we have had people leave that day. We ask you to leave the Villa before 11.00 upon departure if people arrive that same day.
All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes, air-conditioning and heating units. Master bedroom with queen size bed, bedside tables. The other two bedrooms have got twin beds, bedside tables and are close the shared bathroom.
En-suite bathroom has bath, separate shower cubicle and wc. The other bathroom has bath with shower, wc and bidet.
The fully equipped kitchen has plenty of cupboard and drawer space with lots of work surface area, sink and drainer, gas cooker, fridge/freezer, washing machine, microwave oven, kettle and coffee making machine. Plenty of crockery, cutlery and utensils.
Split level lounge/dining room. Dining room with sideboard, table and 6 chairs is on the upper level just outside of the kitchen. Lounge has 5 armchairs, a 3-seater sofa, coffee tables, stereo and 37" flat screen TV with satellite, free view channels.
Linen, bath and beach towels are provided. There is a daily maid service and linen is changed twice weekly.

The villa is set in woodland and has its own private gardens. There is a spacious, shaded, terraced area outside the lounge with barbecue, 2 tables and 8 chairs. The swimming pool is completely private and only overlooked by the villa. It is 11x5 meters and 1-3 meters depth with roman steps. It is situated below the house and accessed by steps. There are 8 sunbeds and cushions, one table with sun umbrella and 2 chairs.
The lovely, long, sandy beaches at Armacao de Pera and Gale are both just ten minutes drive away. They have both got sunbeds and sun umbrellas for hire too.
You can see the new Amendoeira golf course from the vila as it is just 3km away. With two beautiful 18-hole golf courses it is purported to be the largest course in Europe. Also 3km away is the Silves golf course. The Salgadas golf course at Vale Parra is less then 10km or less than 10 minutes drive away
